Workshop description
In a world full of noise and distraction, how do we experience real human connection?
In this body-based 3-hour evening workshop, we explore intimacy, heart opening, and erotic friction as fundamental principles of human relating — offering an embodied understanding of how connection, attraction, and aliveness emerge between people.
We start from self-intimacy, asking: Who am I in this encounter? As you become more aware of your inner experience in real-time connection, a clearer sense of self in relationship begins to emerge.
From this deeper awareness of ourselves, heart opening invites us to meet others more fully in their humanity — with their strengths, struggles, and imperfections — and to relate beyond roles, expectations, or fixed ideas.
From there, we explore how two people can be both deeply connected and distinctly different. When self-awareness and awareness of the other come together, polarity naturally emerges — creating space for tension, curiosity, and attraction.
If you attend with your partner, you are welcome to stay together throughout the workshop or to explore the exercises with different participants. If you come on your own, you will take part in rotating partner exercises.
This is not (couples) therapy, but an experiential space to create a deeper understanding of the basic principles of human interaction in a safe and carefully structured setting.
The workshop is open to all genders and sexual orientations and will be held in English.
No nudity or explicit sexual touch.
